Hi guys
So, sorry I haven't been talking a lot, but that is so going to change ( well, maybe ).
For the past few months I have been training my butt off, I've done:
-Col de Joux Plane (a very steep and hard climb).
-Col de Cou (not so steep but much longer).
-Col de Saxel (already told you about that one).
-Around the lac Leman but with a big shortcut (we took the ferry from Evian to Lausanne and still did 115km).
That isn't all we've done a lot but those are just the biggest rides I've done. The other rides well there are so many of them I just can't tell all of them to you.
Well I did this race in Cluses and it was quite a big one I came top minime 1 in 11th place, I was very happy because we did 13laps of about 2,5km.
then there was this other one in Douvaine, it was a Time Trial, it was a great race I started on the barre when your on your own and it was so scary and fun at the same time. The clock went down to 5sec to go, I was shivering, the adrenalin was going then the women said 5,4,3,2,1 and I went as Fast as I could, all my team mates had already done their go.
I was at the last bend and the traffic stoppers were all saying wow he's going fast!!!! And I said to my self:
Man I must be flying!!! Then I looked down at my speedometer it said 40km/h.
Then at the finish everyone was going crazy when I went past the commentator was holding his head and said that I was in 1st PLACE!!!!!!!! I went mad It was the most amazing feeling.
But then all the best minime 2 came past I, beat 32 people and 7 came in front of me so I came 8th. It was one off the best results all year.
Well now it's on to the track and there's a French competition in 5 races and I am going to win that competition what ever it takes.
I've been ill for the past week.
Sorry I have no idea about how many km I have done, probably 5oookm.
Speak to you next week.
